Yes, Here I go again. I will not be beaten on my attempts to make the perfect Macaron.It seems i have multiple problems. I need the mixture to remain thicker but not grainy andI need to perfect my piping technique. Here is my latest attempt.

There is only one thing left to do! I have enrolled in the Adriano Zumbo course at Black Pearl Epicure.Surely he can tell me the secret to making successful macarons?I will take my camera and post what I learn but meanwhile these may not look perfect but they tastedamazing and everyone enjoyed them.The recipe is in the archives.
