I love food. I find the history, the recipes, the presentation, just everything about it interesting. I was born in Canada and spent the first twenty years of my life traveling the world. My father’s job took us to lots of interesting places.
I have been baking and selling to cafés for almost a year now. I only use the best produce I can find to bake with. Many of my baked goods are gluten free. My brownies are my most popular item.
I also write for a few magazines and blogs and I assist with styling on some food projects and have taught cooking classes.
It gives me great joy when someone makes something from the blog and tells me they are happy with the result. I believe in cooking with love and passion.
